I have a really cool brake calliper but unfortunately the mounting system wont work with the 180, unless there's some adapter i dont know, should i go 160 or keep the 180 with the less cool brake

That‘s indeed a very cool brake. Late 90s Rock Shox disc brake.
Unfortunately it was made before any disc brake standard was established. So you’re gonna have a hard time getting an adapter.
Maybe someone over at [retrobike](https://www.retrobike.co.uk/) can help.
Just get a smaller rotor
