Frame bags often rub the paint completely off the frame tubes.
Bag rubbing against it. Anything in contact with the frame will cause blemishes over time. MORE TAPE
Bags rub off paint. Think of it like really really really fine and kinda soft sandpaper. Especially when it gets a bit dusty/dirty.

It’s black because the primer under the paint is black. That’s the rub
I’d let it be. Will remind me of good time I had with my bike.
Yea gotta put a clear protective vinyl on the frame before using the bags for long periods of time.
Get some helicopter tape to protect the frame wherever the bag touches
i use bar tape to protect the frame, works great
That’s the base coat. It changes the hue of the top coat.
Light shines through the top coat and reflects back out. Black will reflect less light make a dark red while white will reflect light make a brighter red.
You cannot produce the same effect by altering the weights of the ingredient colours.
