Unfortunately the bike is being retired, I took the bike apart for some servicing and noticed horrible makes on the carbon forks, these were not there when I built it up last year. Personally I don't want to risk riding it with them looking like that lol.
Good news is the rest if the parts are perfectly fine lol, transfered them all back to my old cx bike for now until I decide if I'm going to risk getting some new forks for the frame.
So if anyone has the timetry frame I would give your forks a check to make sure you don't have a similar issue.

Haven’t Checken the geometry chart but upon first glance, it looks suspiciously similar to a Topstone alloy. Sad to see that quality isnt there as I was looking for a similar frame to build up a winter bike. You could get a real Cannondale fork that would probably fit but it costs as much as the frame set (at least in europe(
Your headset was probably a bit loose and you didn’t notice.
Why retire the bike, if its just the fork that has an issue?
