Battery stuck deep in carbon tube. Internal cable in frame intact but obviously unplugged…
Can’t knock/bang/tap/spin it out, too far to grab with tire levers, tried a coat hanger but cant get enough friction to move it… need long skinny tongs?
Help!

You can’t take the saddle off and poke it down?
Tape it to the side of your washing machine. The vibration from a few spin cycles might cause the battery to migrate downwards.
Is there room around it? If so do you have any spare spokes? Maybe you can hook the top of the battery with the j-bend of the spoke and pull it down?
These are held in place with just rubber donuts on either end.
Don’t try to grab at the end you can see, but instead use your coat hanger to go past the battery and all the way to the top donut. I usually do this with 2 spokes threaded together with a nipple between them.
You should be able to hook the top of the battery from up there or disturb the rubber bushing and knock the whole thing free.

Destroy seat tube to retrieve worst case.
Put something like a sock held with rubber bands on the end to catch it and hold the seat and whip spin it to use centrifugal force
