I don’t test anything, I’m thinking not but on fixed really more on free wheel because my city is hard on fixed. The drivers socks and a lot off hills. I got this frame from a friend, originally was a road bike

I’d rock this frame as is, the colors in the faded spots look great

Is that a Vitus? Do not ride that. Those lugs are glued, not soldered, and they are prone to delamination at the worst possible time. I am pretty sure they were recalled.
ESPECIALLY do not ride that fork. I know a guy who lost some teeth when the fork fell apart.
