Pic 1 is front pic 2 is rear, currently on the front i have a 26" specialized hillbilly dh 2.3 and on the rear a schwalbe black jack. These feel amazing on the cycle to work and off road but they're in the state attached. I wanted to replace like for like but it doesn't seem like thats an option, the bike they're going on is sort of a trail bike, any reccomendations for replacements?

You’ve not really said what trails your riding so it’s tricky to answer. Have you looked at Magic Mary’s? They’ll feel dragging on tarmac though.
