Trying to figure out ANY info on this frame / it appears to be a vintage Ritchey – can a bike guru shed some light on value or if it’s worth fixing up? The headset does say Ritchey. Help. ♥️
Well at least the headset is Ritchey. I feel that a true Ritchey frame would have cable stops

Headset is a Ritchey but respectfully the frame itself looks like a generic steel single speed/fixed gear frame from the 2000s or 2010s, especially given that frame size sticker. If it has a threadless headset it can’t be any older than 1990s. The mishmash of Origin 8 cranks, Sora brakes, FSA bars, etc. also suggest to me that this was a bit of a parts bin bike.
That being said, the frame and fork look fine and if you can source a wheelset and new chain (probably also a new freewheel or fixed cog) you’d have a decent single speed or fixed gear to tool around on.

Non-descript, generic frame. Ritchey is just the headset brand, not the bike. Given it has sora brakes, this was never anything special.
Not worth fixing unless you like it, and liking it is the only thing that should matter.
