My two cents: Lower the saddle and bring it forward a smidge and rotate those bars to be level.

Doesn’t look too long but your arms are locked out. Relax the shoulders and the arms, there should be a bend in the elbows. It would probably help if you could put on the shoes that you would ride with and show both shoes in shot whilst at different pedalling extremes.

hard to tell from the photo but looks like are just wearing socks..if so you need to put on your cycling shoes and set up a trainer and pedal for 10 minutes or so and have someone take a photo. leaning up against the wall is un-natural and hard to really tell. I am 175cm with 82cm inseam and have a small and actually put a longer stem on.
