I just got a canyon endurace cf 7 in a size 2xs. When assembling the fork was really loose and when I finally got it tightened up there was still this space at the top. Do I need more spacers or is the bike assembled wrong? There’s currently four spacers on the bike (one large, two medium, and one really small). I took it to a bike store and he said I needed an extra spacer. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unscrew all the screws, including the one hiding behind the rubber cover, push down the thing on the top until flush, tighten the top cap first, then the other 3 to the torque spec
I unscrewed all three side screws and it still won’t go flush
Yes the 1.5 is loose. Does it just click together?
