No it’s definitely a size or maybe even two sizes too big
It’s way too big. You don’t want any creases.
Both are too big. Go down at least one size, maybe two.
Looks quiet big to me… Even if you want a more relaxed fit this would be way to loose for me.
I personally would go down a size.
Unfortunately I’d say it does not fit, but wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Road cycling jerseys are made to be **skin-tight**, so this is too big, BUT go with what you feel comfy in. Many people have looser-fitting jerseys, but they’re often designed that way (and this isn’t).
For looser stuff, if that’s your thing/preference, look more towards touring, gravel, mtb.
May as well just wear a tshirt lol
When testing if a cycling jersey fits, it’s often best to learn forward, so that you are in the position you’ll be in when riding the bike. That way you’ll usually get a better idea of how it fits
