I’m looking for a bike to ride some serious elevation… like Alpenbrevet Platin or ICON Triathlon Livigno 😅
I live in Vorarlberg Austria so most of my rides are hilly… and for flat riding I have my triathlon bike (Argon 18 E117)
Is this still a good bike? From what I saw it was released in 2022 or so, but now they deliver it with a more comfortable saddle (3d printed) and dt swiss arc 1100 38 wheels…. For that price there is nothing else remotely close out there. Thoughts?

It a _very_ nice bike still, don’t get me wrong. Good specs and nice paint job imo. Is it 7000€ nice in 2026? I don’t think so. Personally, I wouldn’t spend that much on a bike with an outdated frame.
Still a good deal in my opinion, Dura Ace 12 speed Di2 with powermeter (€2.5k), DT Swiss ARC 1100 db 38 wheels (€2k), so you are really only paying €2.5k for the CFR frameset. I prefer this cleaner cockpit over the new groove version. Better paint options on the CFR v SLX as well.
