Can you not do a tubeless setup w your rims? Seems like the punctures are slowing you. Ok compared to us, you are flying but I am using you as a reference for yourself!
You may well have already done this but… The fact that you're getting double flats at the same time makes me wonder if you're getting pinch flats, due to the tires being under inflated for the loads they are carrying. This can also lead to getting more punctures in general. Maybe try a tire pressure calculator and use the answer you get as the minimum pressure. I use the Vittoria one online. Safe travels.
