A winter training bike ride on country lanes close to Preston. 31 miles with 2000ft of climbing, views from Longride Fell, Hodder Valley and out towards the Trough of Bowland. An enjoyable little circuit with some tough climbs and stunning panoramic views of my local fells and valleys.
My GoPro went into low battery mode and only allowed 6 second bursts of footage at a time, but the video still captures the essence of winter training in the UK.
Kit list:
Triban GRVL 520
Shimano 105 groupset
Hutchinson Touareg 40mm tyres
Galibier winter jacket
North Face gloves
Oakley Jawbreaker glasses with clear lens
