Finally I was able to get a new bike for my wife. I hope (like most of us) now she will enjoy cycling. This color is 10/10. The bike was just assembled, adjustments are needed. I will replace the tires for road specific ones, but I will let her test it like this.

PSA: Periodically, check the rear wheel for axial/lateral play. My bike developed it after about 60K. Maybe earlier, I didn’t check earlier. It was fine when it arrived.
