Must’ve been a defective crankset or you have wattage bazookas for legs

find a shimano authorised dealer and get it replaced foc, i think. call to confirm first
Looks like your spindle was scored down near where it broke, is your BB spinning freely?
Take a close-up photo of the crack.
That’s where the most interesting.
I’ve seen this happen a few times, usually the inside of the axle is rusty and the outside is scored. If it’s less than two years old you might be able to get a warranty replacement but it may be rejected because of poor condition
