I'm building up a new bike and I've just installed the bsa threaded bottom bracket (BB- MT801) into the 68 mm bottom bracket shell. It is an eccentric bottom bracket, but the eccentric part is dead nuts center. The instructions say to put two of the spacers on the drive side and one spacer on the non-drive side. That seemed to go okay. The problem I'm running into is that once I've installed the cranks (Raceface Affect R) my non-drive side crank is further from the chainstay. About 8 mm of clearance on the drive side and 13 mm of clearance on the non-drive side. The chain line seems perfect at 50 mm.

The chain stays aren’t parallel to make room for the cassette. As long as the BB is centered and the crank arms have the same offset on either side of the BB you should be good to go.
Looks like a Jones LWB (plus?) judging by the color and pinch bolts on the EBB. According to the jones documentation here: https://www.jonesbikes.com/jones-eccentric-bottom-bracket/?srsltid=AfmBOopKfaWPKXw_Rc8Cw3S8_7xK9LsokIqrWi-TWV27M_X_0HTH6oqo
“The body of the EBB is 4mm narrower than the BB shell to allow for some left to right adjustment.”
The Jones LWB instructions say the EBB should also “sit flush” but do not say to which side. https://jonesbikes.com/content/MANUALS_BicycleManual_v3b_SWB.pdf?srsltid=AfmBOoolYCbZSR8S414LwHL8tKnanHASWWAp814-hunLt6nZJv8M8KaX
“The EBB should sit flush
with the edge of the bottom bracket shell…”
