Honestly an additional multi tool has saved me many times when I needed additional leverage or the occasional torx head. And more tire levers than you’d expect.

Scabs/clueless patches? Not everyone runs tubeless but they should.
Zip ties and duct tape. One of my friends who does mountain rescue and Duke Of Edinburgh stuff in the UK always has duct tape on him. It’s also really good for cuts and stuff.
Do you also have or need a basic first aid kit?

You’ll want more 4-5-6 allen keys. Get some Park Tool AWS-1s. Even at home mine tend to float away like socks when you put ‘em in the dryer.

I see a chain whip but no cassette locking tools. Kinda makes the whip useless no? Is this a kit you’re hauling around with you each day, or what you’re keeping at the camp to fix what breaks after the ride?
