There are so many, they must be important! I looked for instructions, but couldn't find any mention.
*One* was useful for stopping the new cable getting pulled into the frame when I pulled it through behind the old cable, but that only accounts for one of them.

They stop the cable from rattling inside the frame
They keep it from rattling around inside the frame.
They’re meant to reduce the wire rattle by keeping the wire away from the frame when routed internally.
As others have said. The wires come in 2 flavours SD300 and SD300-I. You have the “I” version for internal routing.
Also make great ear cleaners.
