After my last post about the headset, I’ve got the right one (EC34) and it easily pressed in…however- the bottom of the fork is wobbling….

You need headset spacers.
Looks like you need a headset spacer! Everything else looks good but the spacer will make it so tightening the bolt on top pulls everything together tight.
Make sure the bearings are right side down
Like others stated, you need some spacers.
There isn’t enough preload on the system to tighten the fork into place, thus no contact between bottom bearing and crown race which leads to play. Do not ride it like this!
Addings spacers above or below stem is the easiest fix.
