I noticed the cockpit to be slightly off to the front wheel on my Ultimate CF 7 Di2. So I tried to fix it by unscrewing the 12nm screw at the back of the cockpit to move it in the right angle. Then I tightened it again.
But I read to be cautious with the position of the screw, which was off center from the cutout.
So I did it again, this time trying to have the screw centered whilst aligning the Cockpit with the Front wheel. This wasnt really possible so I wanted to just tighten it again with the cockpit slightly off angle to the front wheel, kinda like the starting position, so that the screw is at least in the Center of the cutout. But I cant move the screw the slightest in either direction. It seems completely stuck and I obviously dont want to brute force it.
Does anybody has had the same problem and could fix it somehow? I would be thankful about any advice

Have you loosend the top screw before readjusting the cockpit? And do you mean with “Stuck”, that it is stuck in the left or right direction of the slot of the cockpit or “stuck” turning?
This happened to me a month ago… took it to a canyon service point and they fixed it.
I just slide it sideways to the center with some force before tightening.
