Can I fit Girona RSL GR tyre on this wheel w/o inner tube? If so, what valves do I need? Currently it’s fitted with inner tubes, so I guess I’d need a different type of valves? Sorry, no experience with tubeless bike tyres.

1, at 650 is not tubeless compatible. which means you can not use tubeless set up on this wheelset with any tubeless tyres.
2 AT 650 is 26inches wheel, size 650b. the girona tyre you bought is 700c, they are different size. you might realize the tyre is bigger size for your wheel, which means, you can not install this tyre on your wheelset.
3, you need looking for 650b tyres for this wheelset, and looking for clincher tyres, not tubeless tyres cuz you will have to set up as clincher. tubeless tyres can set up as clincher but just gonna cost you more money for nothing.
4 Does Bontrager AT-650 disc wheel have hooked bead rims?
yes, as a wheel who released in 2015, they all come with hooked bead rims.
