Looks fine to me. It’s a helmet, not spandex. There should be some material between your melon and whatever you might crash it into. As long as it isn’t so tight that it causes discomfort nor so loose that it doesn’t stay in place you’re fine.
Is the upper head not touching the helmet?
The front should sit about 1-2 fingers above the brows. Guessing from your ears, the helmet is tilted to far back.
Edit: also have you tried to adjust the three step thingy in the back to fit you better? Not the knob, I mean.
