Is the front bag on the handlebar the orlieb 15 l? And the under saddle one is the 16.6 l?

How much weight is in your under saddle bag? I keep running into an issue where the under saddle bags weight shifts while riding and slowly loosens the seat post to the point I have to stop & tighten the seat post screw. I keep lowering the weight in the bag but it keeps happening. I have a Grizl CF SL 8.
