I made a table to find the best chainring/sprocket combo and the number of skid patches it gives you.

I was looking into different chainring/sprocket builds and calculating the skid patches for each while reading threads here on r/FixedGearBicycle. After filling a whole page with notes, I ended up making a spreadsheet instead.

I uploaded the .pdf and .ods files to this drive in case anyone finds them useful. 😉

EDIT: The table you see in the post only has builds that go from 2,5 to 3,5 gear ratio and have at least 8 skid patches. This means many builds are not there. You can still ind the full table in the drive link as a .pdf or .ods file.
