If it truly doesn’t bend even when you release the chain from the chainring to give it slack, then the chain is cooked and you need a new one. A sticky link will cause all sorts of problems

So when the links got stiff after a link install. What we would do in the bike shop is give it a little lateral flex side to side. That usually broke them free and let them move again

Get your chain breaker and go from the other side. Push the pin about a quarter mm. I get that all the time.

Looks like one of the pins is standing proud from the side plate. Grab it on the side plates either side of the sticky link and wiggle it vigorously (side to side not up and down). If that doesn’t work get your chain breaker and try to ease the pin back to where it should be.
