Day 5 of attempting 10 Ironmans, in 10 Days, in 10 Cities. Liverpool, it’s your turn!

In May of 2016, I attempted to take my own life. Years later, I found himself slipping back into that same place, feeling lonely, unfulfilled, and without purpose. Through the power of movement and community, I went onto find a reason to live that was bigger than myself. Project TENacity is raising funds for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), a UK suicide prevention charity providing life-saving helplines and practical mental health support to anyone who needs it.

  1. Sir Fergus Crawley – G.O.B (Goat of Britain)

Honestly the sleep deprivation alone would send me into the underworld – the way you are still smiling and being entertaining throughout is so inspiring.

  2. Was a pleasure to come down for the early morning swim and the bike. Absolutely insane challenge and such a great cause. Also credit to Fergus and the team for being in such great spirits on the day despite clearly being shattered! An incredible effort and a ton of money raised, the whole team should be so proud. What an inspiration.

  3. Such impressive work, regret I couldn't make it, the drive would have been a bit too long for the day I'd planned a surprise proposal for my girlfriend returning from a trip. Any other day it would have been amazing to join!

  4. Fantastic journey that you are on FERGUS and incredible how the body can adapt to the curcumstanses that you put it on but congrates with the day done…………………………………inga dk
