We went on a company retreat, on bikes, with 3 of us sleeping in tents, 4 more in a cabin. And I am leading the logistics team – carrying roughly 1/3 of food for everyone for 2 and a half days.
So my panniers are full of food, with the left one being a freezer section ahaha. There is some more food on the top, with a tent and matress. My own stuff is in my backpack
It does not look stylish but it works!

That’s a very good idea. Much better than sitting in a hotel drinking and eating as is the usual approach.
5 km on a bike though would be the end of about half the people in our company. Hmm, it’s a really good idea! 🙂
