As a bike nerd of many years, it was an odd experience getting one of these and suddenly having a bike where some of the very basics were new and confusing. It’s a nice bike, though.

Occasionally I see one of these (called a Pedersen or a Dursley Pedersen) and I’m like HOLY SHIT SOMEONE TURNED A PEDERSEN INTO A TALL BIKE then I look at it again and just realize it’s a regular Pedersen…
In this case there’s a brake light on the car that looks like an extra red horizontal tube that made it look a bit like a tall bike lol.
