Nice how many miles/kilometres has he/she covered ? Also what bike is this ? And when adding luggage on the handlebar, does your friend Lock Out the fork ? Or just leave it as it is ?

Looks not only top heavy as hell, but that weight behind the rear axle combined with that huge bag in front with a suspension, no less makes me shudder how it will handle on anytving but smooth gravel, and e en then, speedwpbbles seem an almost certainty.
I hope he can lock out his front suspension. He is going to need it.
All that “aero” won’t mean a thing on anything other than perfect ground, preferably downhill into 40mph wind.
In all other scenarious, he would be better off with the weigt lowered and placed further in between the axles
