To clean the chain without stripping internal lubrication, remove the chain, then use steel wool with soap on the wet chain to remove all external dirt and grease, then use a hose to spray the chain with water to remove all residue, then hang the chain to dry; while the chain is off, remove the jockey wheels and clean with wet soapy steel wool and use a bit of oil to lube the bushing before refitting them; I soak the chain in ATF and let it drain off overnight before refitting the chain.
не делайте так никогда, только если велосипед совсем не жалко, этот керосин/бензин попадет не только в цепь, но также может стекать в подшипники (по звездам) и вычистить там смазку, снимайте цепь и прмоываете отдельно в бутылке, можно просто потрясти бутылку с керосином и цепью, дождаться пока высохнет и затем надеть обратно и смазать
