Maybe there was a reason we had kings and queens —- if you look about in history they had a FAFO policy. Public hangings. Hardly any theft as I think it meant a lost hand. Somehow removing all that has brought us to a point where criminals find it fun to invent new ways to terrorise us. They should never have stopped capital punishment. When you steal someone’s phone, you’re stealing a part of them not just a physical device. That trauma can live with us for a long time. Put a handful of these guys to death and you’ll see NO CRIME. People need to be scared to commit crime.
