Personally I think they look awful.
But it’s weird and unique enough that I find it endearing!
I‘ve seen a couple pop-up on local marketplaces before. It would make a cool project-bike for the right person.

A couple of years ago on Ebay UK there was someone selling a mid school, flatland style BMX frame with a front triangle made of twisted tubing. The seller also had listed a layback seatpost and a set of Raleigh Burner style bars with a V shaped brace which were also made of twisted tubing. Although it looked interesting, the closeups and interior shots of the BB shell and headtube revealed it was poorly constructed and welded – it gave me the impression it was made by someone who usually makes garden gates.
Looks like form over function.
I think it looks awesome and I do not want it.

Probably terrible to ride, definitely should have twist laced wheels on it.
