Expanding on my previous post of BMX pegs for passenger carry. Found these examples of adult passengers in the wild. I would totally buy a aftermarket beefed up rear triangle in order to carry my significant other on dates!
Example of someone standing on rear rack:https://www.facebook.com/londoncyclechic/posts/the-brompton-isnt-your-typical-passenger-carrying-bike-but-with-a-little-skill-a/1446956522064951/

Do smaller significant others want this experience?
I don’t know what standing in heels is like but fair play to the girl having a backie she’s on her toes with no support on her heels
The frame is not rated for so much weight. Those hinges would be under a lot of stress.
Isn’t it beyond the maximum load that the bicycle can withstand? It’s very dangerous.
If you must do this (and it’s a stupid idea, this is not the bike for it) then you are better off putting the significant extra weight through the axles, as it keeps the weight low and reduces the stress on an inherently fairly weak frame.
Then all you have to worry about is the handling, small tyre contact patch, braking power, tyre diameter, lack of folding, etc etc.
OP, you’ve been told already, but this is a bad idea, and not the bike for it. Just because you can find a coutof examples of other people doing the bad idea online doesn’t make it a good idea.
Look at the difference in specification between a Brompton and a cargo bike designed to carry a passenger. That’s how inadequate the Brompton is for your plan.
I was going to say your bike, your skeleton— but yeah, this is dangerous enough to affect other people too. Bad idea.
Just plain stupid, dangerous, & illegal!
