    Your frame is not bent. That little black piece is called a derailleur hanger and is designed as a sacrificial part for exactly this reason. It can be replaced and the rest of your bike will be just fine.

    Edit: with the chain wedged behind the cassette like that it also wouldn’t be a bad idea to remove the cassette and inspect the spokes for damage, too.

    your low speed limit screw was maladjusted and allowed the chain to slip between the cassette/freewheel and the spokes.

    it looks like just the derailleur hanger is bent, it might be bent back.

    might need a new rear derailleur tho

    the frame is not toast, this happens

    Looks like your quick release wasn’t on firmly enough, and on your uphill ride with lots of chain tension the wheel moved down in the dropout, touching the derailleur pulleys and taking it upward with the biggest cog (you probably were on).

    After putting on the new derailleur hanger, make sure the quick release holds the wheel in place really firmly, otherwise you might soon need another one…

  4. …and THAT’S why bikes are sold with dork disks. They’re unneeded as long as the bike is carefully maintained.
