krmko on May 10, 2026 8:45 am Turn it all the way to the left if you want it as soft as possible. Also, this is 13+ years old fork that probably hasn’t been serviced ever. If it is still not working as intended, with preload lowered all the way down, you probably need to disassemble it, clean it and regrease the spring.
