Be careful with seat mast bikes. There is only a small range where the seat can be moved. It is impossible to add height to a seat mast. It can only be lowered by cutting the seat mast.
First gen Ultegra 11 speed would date from about the years that they mention. I would guess the earlier end of that range going by color and general looks. But that depends on when they revised their frame designs.
Looks cleaned up well for sale. Somewhat pricey for USD but your number formatting says that is a conversion. Maybe listed for 1000 Euro? Seat mast bikes generally sell for less than seat post bikes due to the limitations on fit. The wheels are nice but not amazing, aluminum with a carbon faring.
