Last week I pushed myself through an epic ride β€” and honestly, I lost my motivation to get back on the bike afterwards. This week, I travelled to Holkham for a 40-mile cycling loop along the Norfolk coast to Sheringham, and it turned out to be just what I needed to find my love for riding again.
I was joined by Tom Levy, Director of AllPaceRaces, the team behind events like the Norfolk 360. Riding with friends and having a clear goal helped me reset after a tough week. The route was full of coastal scenery, quiet roads, and a much-needed coffee stop by the beach.

Speaking of coffee β€” we had No Normal Coffee along for the ride. It’s coffee in a tube (yes, really!) and perfect for long rides when you need a caffeine boost without lugging gear around.
If you’ve ever struggled with motivation after a big ride or event, I hope this video gives you some ideas for getting back on track.
