Finally got one of my S&M’s down and cleaned up for spring.

    2010’ish/2011 38 Special, 21.25 TT.

S&M XLT stem (57mm), bars (9.25), and fork. Revenge headset.

ODI Longnecks, Dia Compe Tech 77 lever and Shimano DXR brakes. Odyssey slic cable.

Profile mini hubs (14T rear) laced to Alienation Deviant rims. Stainless spokes, Maxxis Grifter tanwalls.

Profile cranks/BB with a Ripsaw II sprocket (39T).

Fit Mac(?) alloy sealed pedals. I think they are Mac pedals, but can’t remember.

Embroidered S&M seat and no name post.

I love this bike, I mainly just use it for pumptrack duty, as I’m old now. I built it up like I would’ve built up an S&M Dirt Bike in the 90s. I always loved that ‘hit the track, then hit the trails/jump line right after’ kind of bike.

Most of the bike was bought used, minus the bars, stem and grips. I’ve had it for about 10 years now, and I’ll never sell it.

I love 38 specials they make really good trail-dirt jump bikes. I had a black 08 that I loved but sadly lost it in a hurricane a couple years ago down hear in Florida I’ll find another one one of these days or a speed wagon they ride Really close to the same. There a little different.
Yours looks really good and has the best brake lever just needs a little bend to it😁
Really awesome bike parts are perfect 🤘

Yyyyeeah! I love the oldskool vibes on this one!
I have that same seat, but that 39t sprocket demands respect!❤️
