All road features like this really require is a bit of planning. Unfortunately, the reason stuff like this seems intimidating for a lot of people is that they don't plan or think further ahead than the back bumper of the car in front of them.

I used to live in old town and navigated the Magic roundabout most days, its easy if you know where you want to go. It was lethal on a motorbike though, people would be so stressed they just wouldn't see you !
English traffic feels like it's too much and unnecessary. I drove there and I think I did a great job. But maybe that's because I didn't have to face this kind of situations.

Once you get used to these it makes more sense and gets easier…you can also use the roundabouts to your advantage to get through smoother and quicker…
