Bought the bike new four months ago. Just noted cracks this week. Tire says max PSI is 55, I inflate weekly to 45. Ride daily. I live in Thailand. Hot, humid, lots of particulate matter pollution. Nasty roads. I weigh about 72 kilos.
Old stock. Tire is already expired before you bought it.

It’s dry rot, basically the tire rubber (and other components) are degrading due to several factors, but weather is one of major reasons, which is pretty bad for us SEAsians.
You may have bought the tire 4 months ago but could be stored in humid, hot conditions for longer (basically old stock tires).

Keeping the bike inside the house and out of the element helps.

Looks like ozone cracks. Due to inner pressure the cracks growth in the circumferencential direction (barlow’s formula).
