i’d been looking for a fixie for a while and came across this Kona Paddy Wagon on fb marketplace for $100, picked it up missing a rear wheel nut and a bit dirty. so far i’ve put a shorter stem on, some new pedals and straps and replaced the wheel nuts. Any advice for what to look into next?

Oh man I miss my Paddy Wagon, it was def the most comfortable fixed gear I’ve had. $100 is a good value for such a solid bike!
All in all, I think that it’s pretty well set up as you have it. The WTB Rocket is a decent saddle, but it might be the next thing to upgrade. Personally I currently run a Brooks c17 and a Selle Italia Turbo on my bikes.
