Recently tuned up my 2013 Giant TCX 2 for the season. Bought this bike back in my university days when I wanted to be speedy but its just getting me around town.
I've commuted on/off in previous years with an old beater single speed but 2026 will be the first year I commute to work, sports, hangs, groceries, etc., for the full year. First time with full fenders and a front jack rack.
Yesterday I hit a new milestone 600km for for the first 5 weeks. My goal is 2000km but I'm on track to blow past that by the end of the year. I'll ride until it snows ❄️

How is the snow in Toronto in the bike lanes during the sinter? Unusable?
We didn’t get any snow in BC (Lower Mainland) this season so I was able to bike all year. I was really eager to try biking in the snow.
