Looks like they’re a retailer or bike seller. Idk the value but eyeballing it I’d offer $950.
Seems way overpriced to me for something that old, and a fairly mid-level spec list. Of that age you can find a carbon Santa Cruz for close to that price or any number of other bikes that are much newer.
For clarification the XO Crankset appears to be separate and priced separately. There is no way at that age that that bike would support T-Type/transmission. I’m guessing the owner realized that after purchase.
That’s close to the cost in $2016.
There is very much a reseller tax on this bike, they have spent more on parts than the bike is worth and they want some profit on top.
For that price you could get a fairly nice brand new hardtail or a very nice close to new used one. This is like bike shop prices. Doesn’t make it a bad deal, very likely they will offer you a free tune up or something, but if you’re willing to hunt and research and seek out the very best deal you can do better.
Is your wife over 5’10” tall?
What is “axis shifter”?
Those are really good components. 1X11 drivetrain, dropper post…. I’d say thats very worth it.
