I totally thought this was going to be about leaning a bike against a wall and Di2 buttons always being pressed because drives me nuts on a daily basis.
RIP shift cable, hopefully you can get it sorted quickly.

You now have a dingle or tringle speed if you have front shifting.
In a pinch, you can use the limit screws to move to a lower gear.
I have not tried this, but If you have exposed cable along the down tube, you may be able to use the bottle cage screws to pinch the cable and hold it ina lower gear.
