I’d go with the orange.
Matching the frame decal colour really makes it pop IMO.
Both look good. Orange Enve decals are “loud” while the grey ones emphasize the frame with focus on Cervelo. Personally I prefer the grey version.

Orange all day
Depends on your personality I reckon. I’d have neither and just have stealth but it if I was someone who liked the colouring I’d go orange.
