For the reference I have been bike shopping for 2 months now and it’s almost impossible to find a good bike in 62cm size. How much would you pay for this bike? I was able to bring him down to $1700 and not sure if that is a reasonable price considering its age.

Looks to be in really nice condition, has DI2 and some decent wheels.
Might be pricey, but you aren’t going to find much in your size.
In a vacuum, no, it’s overpriced. But if it’s in ride-able condition, the right size for you, and the best value you can find after a long search then, yes, it’s a fair price.
Its rare but no. Its overpriced by alot for its age. Also, as hard as it is for you to find this it is that hard for the owner to sell. He is pricing like its hydraulic discs in a 54.
