This is my first gravel bike. I had a jamis road bike back in high school and college that I used to ride the piss out of, then I rode a jamis mountain bike during covid when I lived up in Vermont, then I spent my time in Florida riding ebikes, and now I'm looking to get back into manual cycling now that I'm in Raleigh. Super cool color on this bike and way lighter than I expected for a steel frame. I anticipate I'll be about 90/10 road/gravel to start, but looking to up that percentage as I get more in shape. The 2×12 Shimano should give me plenty of gears to choose between for either or. Overall just in love with this bike and can't wait to get back into the swing of things!
