Just received my Canyon Endurace AllRoad.
After assembly, and just checking the shifting, I noticed the gears grinding a bit. Thought it just required a little adjustment, but I can see that the rear derailleur looks a bit misaligned.
Is it supposed to look like this, or can it have taken a hit from transport, which have misaligned the derailleur?

It could be that it’s supposed to be like this. If anything, it should be bent the other way if it took a hit from the outside. Hanger looks fine too.

I had the same problem today, looking exacly the same. It was delivered today, and I noticed that the derailleur does not shift into first gear, and the chain is rubbing against the front derailleur. I contacted them via chat, sent a few pictures and videos, and they offered me the option to either return it or take it to a local bike shop and have it fixed for up to 80 euros. I’m not sure what to do in this case.
