G line issue

Hello all hope someone can help. Sorry if this is too obvious.

My chain is rubbing against this cable guide.

It started after I replaced the inner tube of the rear tyre.

I tried to reposition the cable guide by pushing it down and retighten the wheel. It was ok after a ride yesterday.

But after riding for one hour today, the chain starts to rub again.

Any tips on how to correct this?
