Halo skull caps were recommended to me as a good sun protection option. Unfortunately their 'one-size fits most' leaves me in the least category. They are way too small. Helmet companies that offer an XL size generally fit me so I'm within a reasonable size range for bigger heads. Can anyone recommend a similar product in larger sizes?

The one time I have tried something like this – it nearly got me to a heat stroke.
I have bought a few of these sun hoodies. The hood is huge, so it’s easily big enough to fit under my helmet and cover a bit of my forehead. The sleeves also have thumb holes in the arms, so you can tuck the sleeves into your gloves:

Averse to Da Brim? Embrace your final evolution into bicycle sun protection at all costs person, and feel free to wear socks with sandals from here on out because fashion no longer matters, only brutal functionality.
Sun hoodies designed for climbing usually have a hood large enough to go over the helmet.
Have a similar one, it does it job. I do have to widen the helmet strap but it still holds on pretty well.

Giant noggin brother here. I do the sun hoody (which I see isn’t an option for you). I also can use a very thin buff, pulled straight back into a tail much like the linked product.
Oh my god have you seen Brian’s hat
I have the regular Halo skull cap and love it for keeping sweat from my eyes.
